Ingredients

  • spinach
  • basil
  • nuritional yeast
  • toasted pine nuts
  • all pupose flour
  • garlic cloves
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • butterbeans
  • agave syrup
  • salt and pepper

Directions

Start by making the green sauce. Mix all the ingredients in a blender and mix it up
1. Whole bunch of basil
2. Handful of fresh spinach
3. Toasted pine nuts
4. Nutritional Yeast
5. Black ground pepper and salt
6. Extra virgin olive oil
7. Four cloves of garlic
8. Water
9. Cup of butterbeans for protein
10. a spoon of agave syrup

Next we will make spinach pasta
- Take a big mountain of spinach and some all purpose flour
- Blend it (no water required) until it becomes into a dough ball
- Then put the dough onto a lightly floured surface and flatten the dough into a disc thats about 1-2 cm in height
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. And cut small pieces of dough with a scissor and let them pop into the boiling water. Once this dough floats to the surface then you can scoop it out

Bringing it all together
- Pour the pasta sauce into a heated pan
- Also put the pasta in
- Stir and mix it all together

Serve
- Serve this onto a plate
- Garnish with toasted pine nuts and basil leaves
