  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • a few mushrooms, diced
  • 1/2 zucchini, diced
  • 1/2 eggplant, diced
  • 1/2 broccoli, diced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp dried herbs
  • 3 tomatoes, blanched & puréed
  • a pinch of sugar
  • crushed black pepper to taste
  • basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp jalapeno, chopped
  • 1 tbsp gherkins, chopped
  • 1 tbsp dill leaves, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese
  • olives
  • parsley

Directions

2 Sweet potatoes
Poke them with a fork
Apply some oil
& air fry at 150 degrees
till soft (about 45 mins)

1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
1 Onion, diced
Sauté till translucent
Add the veggies
1 Yellow bell pepper, diced
A few Mushrooms, diced
1/2 Zucchini, diced
1/2 Eggplant, diced
1/2 Broccoli, diced
1/2 tsp Garlic seasoning
1/2 tsp Dried herbs
Sauté well
3 Tomatoes, blanched & puréed
Salt to taste
A pinch of Sugar
Crushed black pepper to taste
Mix well
Tear a few basil leaves
Mix well

1/4 cup Yogurt
2 tbsp Cream cheese
1 tbsp Jalapeno, chopped
1 tbsp Gherkins, chopped
1 tbsp Dill leaves, chopped
Salt to taste
Crushed black pepper to taste
Mix well

Cut it through the centre
1 1/2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Mozzarella cheese
Salt to taste
Crushed black pepper, to taste
& mix everything well
