Ingredients

  • • 1 tbsp honey
  • • 1 cup almond milk
  • • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • • 1/2 cup mixed nuts

Directions

1. Rinse the berries and slice the strawberries.
2. Mix the chia seeds, cinnamon, and almond milk in a small bowl and stir well. Let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes until the chia seeds absorb the liquid and the mixture thickens.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the mixed nuts and berries.
4. Pour the chia seed mixture over the berry and nut mixture and stir gently.
5. Drizzle honey on top if desired.
