Ingredients (One per line)
• 1 tbsp honey • 1 cup almond milk • 1/4 cup chia seeds • 1/2 tsp cinnamon • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced • 1/2 cup mixed nuts
Instructions
1. Rinse the berries and slice the strawberries. 2. Mix the chia seeds, cinnamon, and almond milk in a small bowl and stir well. Let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes until the chia seeds absorb the liquid and the mixture thickens. 3. In a separate bowl, combine the mixed nuts and berries. 4. Pour the chia seed mixture over the berry and nut mixture and stir gently. 5. Drizzle honey on top if desired. 6. Enjoy!
