Credits: https://feelgoodfoodie.net/recipe/dubai-chocolate-bar/ https://feelgoodfoodie.net/recipe/date-bark/ Prepare the mejdool date base - Pit and smash lots of dates and layer them on a baking tray - You can use a straw to take out the seeds of the dates - you can also use a knife, lightly spray it with oil and use that to split and pit the dates - Spread the split open dates onto a baking tray - Place a baking sheet on top and smash the dates with the backside of a glass Pistachio Cream - Step 1: Place the pistachios in a food processor and pulse into a fine, breadcrumb-like texture, scraping down the sides as needed. - Step 2: Add the powdered sugar and salt and blend again. - Step 3: While the food processor is running, slowly pour the avocado oil in. - Step 4: Mix until it is all incorporated and well blended into a creamy texture. Fried kataifi - Fry some cut up kataifi dough with some butter - Once fried mix it with the pistachio cream and some tahini Bring it all together - Spread the fried kataifi mixture on top of the dates - Then cover it with a layer of melted chocolate - Sprinkle some crushed pistachios on top - Let this cool - Serve
